Quality Control: Once we have completed your transcript, it will be checked for accuracy by our Quality Control (QC) Division. Following approval, the transcript is emailed to you with a cover page and any relevant notes.
Follow-ups: Should you have any questions or would like to make any comments about your transcript, you are advised to contact us immediately. Should you lose or require an additional copy of your transcript, please note that a backup of your transcript will be kept for about 30 days.
Payment: Payment is on presentation of invoice, unless a special arrangement has been agreed to in writing beforehand. Please settle your bill on receipt of invoice. We appreciate this.
Note: First-time clients are required to pay a 50% deposit with their first job.
