i. Payment on presentation of invoice.

ii. New clients may be required to pay a first-time deposit of 50%.

iii. Turnaround time begins once a file has been uploaded to our server. If work is uploaded out of office hours, turnaround time begins at the resumption of office hours the next day. For new clients, if a deposit is required, turnaround time begins when the deposit is received. Weekends do not count towards turnaround time measured in hours.

iv. Cassettes or other analogue audio recordings need to be digitised by the client before uploading. Please contact us for advice.

v. Call costs using our Teleconferencing and Recording Service apply. Clients using our service to record audio files only (i.e. not using our transcription service) will be charged per minute of audio file. Please enquire for rates.

vi. Institutions requiring a Purchase Order (PO) are requested to set up a PO number on acceptance of quotation and send this information to us.

vii. Prices exclude GST/ VAT/ any other service tax where applicable.

viii. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date we reserve the option to charge interest on the outstanding balance, at a rate not exceeding 8% per annum over the relevant base rate, up to the date of payment. We also reserve the option to claim compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation.
